Combining her expertise, enthusiasm and energy for life, Ellyn strives to meet her clients’ real estate goals, while building lasting relationships.

New York City, New York Nov 13, 2023 (Issuewire.com) - Bringing a can-do attitude and a caring nature to her work, Ellyn is a realtor with EVOteam at The Real Estate Collection in Winter Garden, Florida. She works alongside her business partner and longtime friend, Veronica Cole, specializing in luxury waterfront properties.

From having sold the 7th highest value home in Central Florida in 2022 to selling the highest valued home in Winter Garden for the week of September 10th, 2023, Ellyn and Veronica are well recognized in the area and among their peers as being kind, professional with a firm negotiation style, while also being engaged in the community.

After owning a successful photography studio, and before that spending many years in marketing, a personal venture into investment properties led Ellyn into real estate. She has put her analytical and problem-solving skills to work for clients throughout Windermere, Winter Garden, Orlando, and Florida. Her ability to combine an astute investor's eye, her passion for design, and her joy for real estate allows her to create optimal outcomes for buyers, sellers, and homeowners throughout the Orlando metro area.

Passionate about her hometown, Ellyn appreciates its diverse population, culinary offerings, and vibrant events. She enjoys residing in a city that exudes a small-town ambiance and is surrounded by the Windermere Chain of Lakes.

Interestingly, Ellyn decided to venture into the real estate industry alongside Veronica Cole, with whom she has shared a close bond for thirty years. Their decision was influenced by negative experiences they had encountered during the sale of their own lakefront homes many years ago.

From that point forward, Ellyn and Veronica vowed to prioritize their clients' needs and act as their advocates.

A large portion of EVOteams' business is referral driven with most being repeat clients since the services they provide are beyond compare, no matter the individual clients' circumstance. They integrate professional standards, industry philosophy, negotiation skills, and creative marketing for their clients around the clock. The results speak for themselves, with a majority of their listings selling near or above the list price, with minimal days on the market.

By keeping a focus on continuing education, leadership proficiencies and technology, Ellyn is able to use those resources to empower her clients and community. Throughout her career, she has earned multiple accolades, including Top 13 Residential Real Estate Team, ORRA Top Producer Diamond Award recipient, and M Club Orlando Real Producer Top 50.

Ellyn and Veronica also offer a "Yellow Ribbon Commission Rebate" program which gives them an opportunity to recognize the service we all receive from First responders in law enforcement and fire & rescue, military personnel - active & veterans, medical professionals - doctors & nurses, and teachers. That reduction can be a significant amount and is reflected at closing.

Ellyn attributes her success to her compassionate nature, which has allowed her to forge strong personal connections and meaningful relationships. She consistently goes above and beyond, giving her utmost effort in every transaction.

Her unwavering determination, coupled with her appreciation for the individuals who have played a role in her professional and personal development, has been instrumental in shaping her career.

Having established a deep bond with her local community, Ellyn engages in various activities such as church participation and organizing initiatives like food drives and back-to-school drives. Through these efforts, she ensures that students have the necessary supplies and backpacks to thrive academically.

On a more personal note, recently married in November of 2023 she now goes by Ellyn Turner. Ellyn's passions are family, faith, health, and wellness. Her greatest joy She is also an avid traveler, having visited places from Mississippi to Monaco and beyond.

GISBH: KPWKM prioritises swift reunification of rescued children with families

KUALA LUMPUR: The immediate return of children rescued during Op Global to their parents and families is a top priority for the Ministry of Women, Family and Community Development (KPWKM). However, its minister, Datuk Seri Nancy Shukri said KPWKM must first ensure that the children’s parents and families can provide adequate and proper care. “For cases where the capability of the parents and families is clearly established, the reunification process can proceed without delay. In more complex situations, intervention programmes will be implemented to ensure the children’s and families’ best interests are safeguarded “The ultimate goal is to reunite these children with their families. However, before this can happen, several factors need to be carefully evaluated. This is not about denying anyone’s rights, but about ensuring the best interests of the children are upheld,” Nancy said during a minister’s briefing session on GISB Holdings Sdn Bhd (GISBH) in the Dewan Rakyat today. As of yesterday, 560 children – 283 boys and 277 girls – had been placed in safe custody after the Social Welfare Department (JKM) obtained a temporary court custody order for two months under Section 25(2)(a) of the Child Act 2001. Meanwhile, Nancy said the Task Force Profiling Team for Op Global found that 94.3 per cent of the 558 profiled children had at least one living biological parent, while 5.7 per cent had no parents or no available information on their parents. Health assessments showed that 51.6 per cent of the children were underweight, falling below the healthy Body Mass Index (BMI), while 46.1 per cent had a normal weight and the remaining children were classified as obese, she added. “Three children have been issued persons with disabilities (PwD) cards, while 27 others display symptoms of disability,” she added. Cognitive assessments were also conducted on 385 children aged seven and above, with 71.9 per cent (277 children) showing no signs of cognitive disorders, she said. “However, 20.26 per cent (78 children) displayed moderate cognitive disorders, while 7.79 per cent (30 children) were found to have severe cognitive impairments,” Nancy said.
