Eligado shines as JRU bombs Lyceum for rebound win

MANILA, Philippines -- Jamhir Eligado led the detonation as the Jose Rizal University Heavy Bombers bombed the Lyceum of the Philippines University Pirates, 94-69, for a rebound win in the NCAA Season 102 men's basketball tournament at the San Juan Arena Tuesday. Eligado shot a perfect 10-of-10 from the field to finish with 22 points on top of 16 rebounds, leading JRU to a bounce back victory after falling to San Beda University last timeout. The Heavy Bombers improved to 3-1 for a share of the Group A lead with the De La Salle - College of Saint Benilde Blazers. The Pirates fell to 1-3 for a share of the bottom with the Mapua Cardinals.
