Business expansion is a really exciting time for virtually any business on earth. The concept of growth might be a daunting one for some, but it is also a gateway to new opportunities, which often bring in increased returns and the possibility to explore new locations. This is exactly what was so appealing to Phengphian Laogumnerd Travel when they decided to expand and open a new office in the Big Apple.

Indeed, this part of the world appeals to so many businesses and really symbolises success and innovation, which is why businesses all around the world are constantly looking to move to this locale. The city itself is stunning and offers businesses the chance to be situated and grow within an environment characterised by technological advancement, creativity, and modernisation, all of which is conducive to business expansion. For many businesses opening offices in this location the possibilities are boundless, which is perhaps the underlying reason why an address in the city is so sought after.

When asked about how things are going for newly-established New York office and for business in general, the CEO Mr Phengphian Laogumnerd answered:

“This is a really exciting time for the business, particularly because it is an area of the world we have had our sights set on expanding into. What’s great about this location is the diversity that the city and people bring, which is always great to be involved with. The business has been in a growth phase for a while now and it is really exciting to be able to open another office in such a vibrant city like New York.”

He added: “With regards to further expansion, we aren’t going to give anything away for now, but what we can say is that there are things in the pipeline. Our vision is to be constantly evolving and adapting to the needs of the global populace, and that is also something we definitely try to emulate in every single one of our business ventures, and actually beyond just the realm of business.”

This financial quarter has gone very well for Phengphian Laogumnerd Travel, so it is not a surprise that aspirations for further expansion are very much in the mind of its CEO. The travel company reported 7.1 per cent growth between 2016 and 2017, which is just under triple that of its comparative growth during the twelve months preceding 2015. This percentage growth is also forecasted to increase by the close of 2018, in part due to the opening of the new office on the East Coast of the United States.

As many business men and women will know, the process of expansion needs to be planned out in great detail and can take a number of years to actualise. However, once the ball is rolling, it is a very rewarding and fulfilling experience for the company, particularly with regards to its employees. Indeed, many of the staff at Mr Phengphian Laogumnerd’s company are likely to agree that the opening of this new office has offered individuals the chance to travel – something that many business people actively seek. So, it appears that the expansion of this organisation is not only a positive thing for the inhabitants of New York, but also for the workforce driving the business forward. A very exciting time indeed for the world of travel – watch this space.

LeBron cites Maxey, Embiid title hopes in 76ers move

PHILADELPHIA — LeBron James said his longstanding friendship with All-Star Tyrese Maxey and a desire to help Joel Embiid win his first NBA title played significant roles in his decision to sign a two-year, $8 million contract with the Philadelphia 76ers in July. The 41-year-old James revealed scant details about the free-agency process on his “Mind the Game” podcast with co-host Steve Nash that dropped Friday. James is scheduled to meet the press for the first time as a Sixer on Monday at the team's media day in Camden, New Jersey. Training camp opens next week. A four-time NBA champion, James wrote on social media when he signed with the Sixers that he felt he was “done” when his 23rd NBA season ended, his last with the Los Angeles Lakers. But after time away with family, and still feeling physically and mentally strong in offseason workouts, James decided he wanted to keep playing. James has won NBA championships with every team he's played for: the Lakers, Miami and Cleveland. “I think I'm more in love with the pursuit of how much more can I defy the odds," James said on the podcast. James said “Philly was not even a question” early in his decision making until the Sixers pulled the surprising deal with Boston for NBA Finals MVP and champion Jaylen Brown. James and Maxey share an agent and have been friends and workout partners since the Sixers guard broke into the league, a friendship that turned into a recruiting pitch for the NBA’s career scoring leader. “When I became a free agent and we decided to let the Lakers know that I wouldn’t be returning, he was one of the first people that was on my line, calling me,” James said of Maxey. James also was intrigued with trying to help the oft-injured Embiid win his first title. Embiid has won an NBA MVP, two scoring titles, and Olympic gold medal, but has yet to lead the Sixers out of the second round of the playoffs since Philadelphia selected him third overall in the 2014 draft. “He’s done everything in our league, and the only thing he has not done is win a championship. And I want to try to help him get that first one,” James said. "He has a city on his back. He’s been ‘The Process’ for 10 years, 12 years, however long he’s been there. But I think it’s time we even get you deeper into The Process. And I hope that I can be, kind of, that final little piece that can help him get over the hump.” The Sixers went 45-37 last season and were swept in the second round by the eventual NBA champion New York Knicks. James’ résumé is beyond compare in NBA history. He’s a 22-time All-Star, a 21-time All-NBA selection, a four-time Most Valuable Player, a four-time NBA Finals MVP, a three-time All-Star Game MVP, and was a member of the NBA’s 75th anniversary team. He’s also coming off a season where he averaged 20.9 points, 6.1 rebounds and 7.2 assists per game. For his career, he’s averaged 26.8 points, 7.5 rebounds and 7.4 assists in more than 1,600 games. James’ eight seasons with the Lakers were the longest continuous stretch with a single team of his NBA career, and he helped the franchise win its 17th championship in 2020. He even became the first father to play alongside his son in league history, teaming up with guard Bronny James for the past two seasons. James called it “humbling” to play for the Lakers and expressed disappointment he wasn't able to enjoy a championship parade because of the 2020 pandemic. James called Los Angeles home and said it would be for “the foreseeable future.” So why not return to the Lakers? Or reunite with the Heat or Cavaliers or stay in California and sign with the Golden State Warriors? James offered no real insight to any teams he may have talked to or how close he may have been with signing with another team. He said he wanted to bring the championship blueprint to Philadelphia and lead the Sixers to their first title since 1983. And he felt great during workouts in the summer, so why stop now? “If you still have an opportunity to do what you love, then why just say I'm done? What is the reason? Do you have a real reason?,” James asked.
